1. Refund Eligibility

• Full refund within 15 days if:
  • Service doesn’t activate
  • Persistent buffering/issues we can’t fix

2. How to Claim

Email/WhatsApp us with:

• Transaction ID
• Device/connection details
• Video proof of issues (if possible)

3. No Refund For

• Change of mind after 15 days
• ISP-related problems
• Violations of Terms

4. Processing

• Approved refunds issued within 5 business days
• Chargebacks will terminate your account
